These Terms govern your use of YT Summary. By using the App, you agree to them.

1) The Service

The App lets you submit a public video link, obtain available captions/transcripts, and generate an AI‑produced summary for your personal use.

2) Your responsibilities

• You must have all rights and permissions needed to process any content through the App.
• You may not use the App to infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights; to bypass technical protections; or to violate any platform's terms.
• You are responsible for how you use or share any outputs.

3) Ownership

• We own the App (software, UI, and brand). We do not own third‑party content.
• AI outputs may be used by you subject to any third‑party rights in the underlying content.

4) No storage / availability

• Outputs may be processed transiently and not retained. You are responsible for exporting/saving anything you need.

5) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

• The App and outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the App will not exceed the greater of €50 or the amount you paid to use the App in the last 3 months (if any).

6) Termination

We may suspend or end access for misuse, legal risk, or technical reasons.

7) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, unless a mandatory law gives you other rights.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
