We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to properly formatted notices of alleged infringement.

A) Send a notice

Email levelingsolosoftware@gmail.com with:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (a link is fine).
2. Identification of the material you want removed or disabled (URL or enough details to find it), and where it appeared in the App.
3. Your name, address, email, and phone number.
4. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rightsholder or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. An electronic or physical signature of the rightsholder or authorized agent.

B) Counter‑notice

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake, email levelingsolosoftware@gmail.com with:

1. Your contact information.
2. Identification of the removed/disabled material and where it appeared.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed/disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your residence (if in the EEA/UK) or Bucharest, Romania (otherwise), and that you will accept service of process from the notifying party.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

C) Repeat infringement

Where appropriate, we may disable features or access for repeat infringement.
